What You Agree To Do

• You confirm you’re at least the age of majority in your country of residence — or, if you’re the age of majority, you’ve given consent for any minor dependents to use the site.

• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rejoiceany and its related parties — including directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, and licensors — from any claim or demand made by a third party due to your breach of these Terms or your violation of law or third-party rights. This includes reasonable attorneys’ fees.

What Rejoiceany Commits To

• We encrypt credit card information during transfer over networks.
• We provide site content for general information only — it may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, and shouldn’t be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions.
• Product prices, availability, features, and the Service itself may change or be discontinued at any time without notice.
• We reserve the right to terminate your access immediately if, in our sole judgment, you fail — or we suspect you’ve failed — to comply with any term. You remain responsible for all amounts owed up to and including the termination date.

What We Both Expect

Rejoiceany and you agree that:

• Neither party will be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, or replacement costs — arising from use of the Service or products, even if advised of their possibility. Where prohibited by law, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
• If you send unsolicited or requested comments (e.g., ideas or suggestions), Rejoiceany retains full rights to use them freely — no compensation, confidentiality, or response is required.

How This Agreement Works

These Terms stay in effect until terminated. You can stop using the site at any time. Rejoiceany may update these Terms by posting changes on rejoiceany.com — your continued use after those updates go live means you accept them.
